Team Illuminata Motorsport is a specialist supplier of competition oriented parts to racing enthusiasts located in the SE Michigan area and nationwide. Because of this and to keep cost down some parts are special order only. If you need something you don't see on our web site we will be glad to look into getting it for you at the lowest possible price. We try to supply parts at the lowest possible cost because we know how expensive motorsports can be.

ORDERS AND INQUIRIES:
Unless the item you are interested in has a "Add to Cart" button we prefer orders and inquiries by e-mail or by phone on 248.207.0894 during normal business hours EST. Leave a message if we are not available due to heavy call volume and we will get back to you as soon as possible. To help with ordering or answering your questions please include as much as possible of the following information:

Year, make and model of your vehicle
Shipping address
contact information

We will get back to you as soon as possible and confirm that the item is available, calculate shipping costs and give you a total for your order.

SHIPPING:
We quote shipping using standard methods. Unless you require we use a specific carrier we generally use FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. Some items may be dropped shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. Again, this reduces cost and therefore prices.

PAYMENT:
We prefer payment by PayPal to sales@TeamIlluminata.com, personal check or money order to: Team Illuminata LLC. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. Click here to set up a free account with PayPal.

RETURNS
All returns must be authorized by us before returning or will not be accepted. Any item not special ordered can be returned within 30 days of receipt provided it is in as new condition and has not been installed. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless we sent you the wrong part or the part is defective.
